  • New clients are required to fill out a new guest form and book an appointment online with a credit card.

  • Here at KiKi Williams Salon we specialize and are committed to the health and integrity of hair. Because of this pledge we only use salon exclusive products.  We have hopes of improving the health of every client’s hair through educating them on products and best practices. We stand by the products that we choose to have in our salon.

  • KiKi Williams Salon is not responsible for hair damage due to chemical services.  We give suggestions and recommended take home care and it is the responsibility of the client to take our professional opinion of retail.

  • We require 48 hour notice of cancellation If you fail to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, a fee of 50% of your services booked will be applied to your account. This is not a deposit towards future appointments. For last minute cancellations and no shows, no future appointments are allowed to be scheduled until your balance is paid in full.

  • We ask that you are considerate of your service provider's time and arrive on time or early to each appointment. If you are 15 minutes late your appointment will be forfeited and you will be asked to reschedule. You will also be responsible for a cancellation fee of 50% of your services scheduled for the day. As a courtesy we text and email a reminder but it is your responsibility to remember your appointment to avoid a fee. 

  • If within seven days, for any reason, a paying client is dissatisfied with their hair color or haircut we are happy to make the proper adjustments to that service at no additional cost but we do not offer refunds.
